My passion is to spark people’s inner light to keep on learning. Learning how to manage change is one of life’s most critical journeys, especially in such uncertain times. Whether you are the change designer, manager or traveleron a change journey, we help you understand the effects of change and how to manage uncertainty.

This learning experience is based on Change Quest® created by Dr. Britt Andreatta’s research on the neuroscience of change. As a Change Quest® authorized partner and certified facilitator, I deliver Britt’s incredible workshops, customized to your needs in both English and Spanish. I also co-translated into Spanish her book “Wired to Resist” that complements the Change Quest® model.

The Change Quest® Model

The brain-based approach to leading change

The reason 50-70% of change initiatives fail is that typical approaches to managing change don’t take into account human biology and the fact that humans are wired to resist change.

Change Quest® program brings light to understanding the four brain structures activated by change. Participants will learn how to intentionally mitigate their effects and steps for increasing adaptability and resilience. This innovative approach will equip participants with new tools and strategies they can implement immediately.
