I am a firm believer that DEI is at the intersection of cross-cultural education (learning and accepting cultural differences) and creating inclusive workplaces where people feel they belong, and they have an equitable piece of the pie.

The more diverse companies are now more likely than ever to outperform non-diverse companies on profitability. Diverse teams lead to better decision-making and greater innovation.
