Hola! I am Íñigo Sánchez-Cabezudo

I am a Talent Development Consultant and a Purpose-driven Entrepreneur, currently based in Washington, DC.

I am originally from Spain and I am proud to have Basque blood running through my veins. Who I am today is influenced by the Spanish, British and American culture. I am a world citizen and have worked in more than 86 countries and counting…

Those who know me well say I am a 100% optimist, with strong positive energy, and a contagious zest for life. Those that work with me say my energy is pure ‘love’, and my most important quality is to instill confidence in others.

As an economist from UCM (Universidad Complutense de Madrid), with advanced studies in Global Economics, my professional journey began in Export Development in Agrobusiness and Telecom.

In the last decade, I found my passion for developing people, teams and organizations working for ATD (Association for Talent Development) and SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), and decided to launch my own brand Iñigo Learning after completing a Masters in Entrepreneurship at Instituto Pensamiento Positivo (Madrid).

I hold a global certification in Human Resources (SHRM- Senior Certified Professional). I am also a Mastermind Facilitator from the Success Alliance, and I hold two certifications on the brain science of change (Change Quest®)and the brain science of teams (Four Gates to Peak Performance®) by Dr. Britt Andreatta with whom I collaborate regularly. I recently became certified in the ISO-30415 standard on D&I (Diversity and Inclusion) by the University of Georgia - Terry Business School.
